Dr. Becky da Cruz is an integral part of the International Services Committee, serving as Vice-Chair.  Dr. da Cruz spearheaded the Committee’s work of completely revising its Protocols, has recruited key people to serve on the Committee, assisted with outreach activities to our international community and serves on a subcommittee tasked with developing a Citizenship Class.

 She is on the faculty of Armstrong Atlantic State University, was recently awarded her Ph. D. in Criminal Justice and also earned accreditation from our National Headquarters as an instructor of the “Humanity in the Midst of War—Introduction to International Humanitarian Law” course.
